We're hiring a SAP Solution Program Manager to help accelerate key initiatives and deliver breakthrough, user-centric solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for the delivery of programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish. The Staff Solution Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of ERP projects, primarily, with some support for other business applications. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP application and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Staff Solution Program Manager demonstrates solution ownership and guides teams through program execution process to realize strategic objectives of the franchises they support. Applying standard program management practices and frameworks aligned with company objectives, the Staff SPM effectively addresses routine and moderately challenging issues.
