 * support and administer Jamf School MDM for both 1 to 1 and shared iPads
 * troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly
 * ensure devices are secure, updated, and ready for classroom use
 * assist with onboarding new staff and students to school systems
 * liaise with external IT providers when required
 * excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * clear communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
 * appreciation of the demands of working in a busy school setting
 * be organised, reliable, and able to work independently
 * previous school experience is not essential - this role may suit someone at the start of their IT career or someone seeking a change of environment.

## Description

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated IT Technician to join our Prep School team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to build their career in IT, while working in a supportive and friendly school environment.
