This position requires an individual who can coordinate across multiple workstreams, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful execution of Technical Dress Rehearsals (TDRs) and deployment readiness activities. Candidates must reside in the New York City metropolitan area and be comfortable supporting onsite activities as needed., * Active Epic Certification in any Epic application/module. * 3+ years of Epic analyst experience within a healthcare environment. * Experience supporting Epic implementations, go-lives, optimization efforts, or large-scale deployment initiatives. * Strong understanding of Epic workstation configurations, printer mapping, hardware deployment processes, and end-user workflows. * Experience creating and executing testing plans, readiness assessments, and technical documentation. * Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. * Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Must be local to the NYC metro area. * Must be willing and able to work onsite as required and report to the office within 48 hours when needed.
