Preferred: * Experience building AI agents * SQL Coding * Exposure to Salesforce * Python ## Description The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations & Customer Insights leads the strategy, development, and execution of analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that support commercial growth, operational excellence, and Customer success. You will manage a small team of Business Intelligence professionals responsible for transforming sales, Customer, financial, operational, and marketing data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. As a strategic partner to Sales Operations, Commercial Leadership, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership, you will deliver performance analytics, Customer business reviews, forecasting tools, and reporting solutions that improve business outcomes. You will be responsible for establishing governance standards, advancing reporting automation, leveraging AI and emerging technologies, and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of enterprise data assets. Through strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on innovation, you will enable data-driven strategies that improve revenue growth, Customer retention, and organizational performance. This position is located in Mentor, Ohio with a hybrid work schedule. Preference will be given to qualified candidates currently residing within commuting distance of Mentor.
