The Senior Mainframe Storage Engineer ensures resilient and scalable z/OS storage environments, harnessing AI to anticipate growth, optimize resources, and drive operational efficiency. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide day to day zSeries Storage administration to support the storage environment for zSeries platforms * Provide 7x24 rotating on-call support for Optum's zSeries Storage environment.
