Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. ## Description * Understanding the wealth marketplace, innovation industry trends and technology, competitors (traditional & nontraditional), gathering voice of the client / prospects to ensure functional competitiveness and 'being innovative' to transform our industry and digital product offerings * Collaborating and identifying new innovations, asset types and solutions to ensure offerings are ahead of market trends and demands in order to generate new revenues * Collaborating with advisors to gain insight and needs to ensure solutions are next generation focused * Creating, executing, and maintaining the digital engagement wealth strategic product roadmap which support the successful industry adaption of our integration capability approach leveraging Broadridge, client and third party best in class solutions.
