The Systems Analyst will be able to work both independently and as part of a team and will have a strong customer-focused approach to their work.Richwood Bank prides itself on its unique culture and all team members should be active and engaged participants. Essential Functions Analyze and evaluate current systems and structures to identify weaknesses and inefficiencies.Plan and design new systems, processes, and procedures to
enhance business operations and efficiency.Maintain and upgrade existing systems as required.Troubleshoot technical issues related to the systems and provide solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications.Provide system training to users to maximize the value of technology in business.Design and update database infrastructure for the company.Ensure the security and compliance of the system, especially concerning the banking industry's regulations.Develop system reports and participate in system audits.Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.Maintains proactive and consistent communication to ensure the organization's needs are being met.
