Experience within the health insurance or highly regulated financial/healthcare industries is strongly preferred. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (equivalent experience accepted at a rate of one year of technical experience for every year of college). * Leadership & Core Competencies: Proven history of leading medium-to-complex technology initiatives, organizing and prioritizing resources, and translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ## Description We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior .NET Systems Analyst / Developer to design, develop, modify, and integrate complex information systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution-translating requirements into technical specifications, designing robust .NET applications, and optimizing system performance. Combining hands-on coding with technical leadership, you will guide project phases, mentor junior team members, and drive innovative software solutions utilizing modern development tools including AI-assisted coding platforms.
