## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect Data & AI to lead cloud-native Data, Analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI solution architecture for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) clients. The role will drive consulting, solutioning, RFPs, PoCs, client presentations, and delivery leadership. Must-Have Skills
15+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Solution Architecture.
Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience across cloud data platforms.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks, including Apache Iceberg, dbt, and open-source data technologies.
Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Medallion Architecture, Data Products, Data Governance, Quality, Metadata & Lineage.
Experience designing batch, real-time, and big-data integration pipelines, data warehouses/lakes, BI/reporting, and analytics platforms.
Experience designing and implementing AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across the data value chain.
Strong BFSI consulting and transformation experience, preferably across Banking and Insurance.
Experience with RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, solution workshops, PoCs, demos, and technical proposals.
Knowledge of data modeling, Data Vault/Star Schema, APIs, streaming technologies such as Kafka, and modern DataOps/MLOps practices.
Strong understanding of data security, privacy, governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Key Responsibilities

## Description

Design end-to-end cloud-native Data & AI architectures from ingestion and integration through lakehouse/warehouse, analytics, AI/ML, and reporting.
Lead BFSI data modernization and cloud migration programs.
Develop and present technical proposals, RFP responses, reference architectures, PoCs, and demos.
Partner with sales, delivery, cloud, and domain teams to shape winning solutions and ensure smooth handover to delivery.
Define scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective technology solutions.
Establish data governance, quality, lineage, metadata, and compliance frameworks.
Develop reusable Data & AI accelerators, architectures, and best practices.
Mentor solution architects and technical teams while providing thought leadership on Lakehouse, Data Mesh, DataOps/MLOps, AI, and GenAI. Preferred
