## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field.
 * 5+ years of software engineering experience in a scalable computing environment.
 * Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects from design to deployment.
 * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
 * Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
 * Self-directed with an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in fast-paced environments.

## Description

In this role, you will help shape and deliver consumer-facing mobile experiences that support an engaged online community. You will partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build polished, high-performing features from concept through launch. This position calls for someone who can take end-to-end ownership, uphold engineering standards, and contribute to a fast-moving environment focused on quality and scale., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services with a focus on performance and security.

 * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to produce high-quality products.
 * Contribute throughout the full development cycle, including design, testing, and launch.
 * Review code and design documents, providing feedback on specs and mocks.
 * Establish and define engineering standards, mentoring team members in best practices.
 * Continuously learn and enhance both technical and non-technical skills.
