In the program, participants will continuously grow through robust assignments that provide exposure to the business and function across the globe and that deliver significant impact and value to OC by: * Bridging the gap between academia and the corporate environment * Providing coaching to program participants to develop their own capabilities * Accelerating development and enhancing performance to prepare participants for post-program roles * Using focused growth plans and matching targeted growth with projects * Delivering outcomes through leading key projects and initiatives The program provides both breadth and depth in various IS teams and roles via four (4) rotational assignments, each lasting approximately six months. The program enables participants to discover their strengths and passions, and learn about OC's global businesses, customers, and technology. Each assignment will be supplemented with on the job and classroom training.
