Une première expérience significative en développement backend (3-5 ans minimum)

 - Une bonne maîtrise de TypeScript, Node.js et NestJS
 - Une expérience concrète avec Kafka et MongoDB
 - Une sensibilité forte aux pratiques TDD / BDD, Clean Code et Software Craftsmanship
 - Des connaissances en DDD et/ou architectures Hexagonale, Onion ou Event-Driven sont un vrai plus
 - Un profil capable de prendre le lead techniquement sans forcément avoir de rôle managérial
 - Curiosité, autonomie et envie de proposer des solutions et de faire progresser l'équipe

 - Participer à la conception et à l'évolution de l'architecture
 - Développer des solutions robustes et performantes
 - Mettre en oeuvre une approche TDD / BDD et contribuer à la qualité du code
 - Concevoir et maintenir les tests unitaires et d'intégration
 - Travailler sur des architectures distribuées et event-driven
 - Intervenir sur des sujets liés à Kafka et MongoDB
 - Être force de proposition sur les choix techniques et l'amélioration continue
