Titulaire d'une formation en informatique, vous possédez une expérience réussie en support informatique de proximité vous permettant d'assurer ces tâches polyvalentes en autonomie.
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral) pour communiquer efficacement avec les utilisateurs et les équipes offshore.

## Description

A ce titre, vous assurez un rôle de support et de maintenance informatique sur site (proximité). Vos missions s'organisent sur les tâches suivantes : analyser, traiter et résoudre des incidents et demandes via un outil de ticketing ; monter, configurer et livrer des PC ; assister les collaborateur pour l'intégration (onboarding), le départ (offboarding) et les déménagements ; récupérer le matériel et effectue le remplacement/renouvellement de PC ; Brassage de prises réseau ; Installation et support pour les salles Zoom / salles Teams ; Support aux utilisateurs VIP.
