Du baust A/B-Tests und Personalisierungen für unseren Shopify-Plus-Shop end-to-end: von der ersten Variante im Testing-Tool über die technische Umsetzung bis zur sauberen Integration in Backend-Prozesse. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem CRO-Lead, dem Web Development-Team und externen Agenturen zusammen und übersetzt Testhypothesen in performante, skalierbare Lösungen - im Frontend genauso wie im Backend. Mit wachsender Erfahrung übernimmst du zunehmend die technische Ownership für unser Experimentation-Setup. DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN Testing & Experimentation * Setze A/B- und Multivarianten-Tests in unserem Testing-Tool (Kameleoon) mit JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 und CSS3 um - vom einzelnen PDP-Element bis zu ganzen Funnel-Schritten. * Entwickle und optimiere Sections, Templates und Snippets in unserem Shopify-Theme mit Liquid, HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS) und JavaScript - inklusive der Übernahme erfolgreicher Testvarianten in den Standard-Code. Shopify Backend & Custom App Development * Du entwickelst Shopify Functions (Discounts, Cart & Checkout Transformations, Validation Rules) und modellierst unsere Datenstrukturen sauber über Metafields und Metaobjects. * Du konzipierst, baust und betreibst Custom Apps (Node.js/TypeScript, Remix, Shopify CLI) - von internen Admin-Tools bis zu Checkout UI Extensions und App-Blocks im Storefront. * Du integrierst Drittsysteme (ERP, CRM, Marketing-Tools) über die Admin API (GraphQL), Webhooks und ereignisgesteuerte Workflows - zuverlässig, idempotent und mit sauberem Error Handling. * Du kennst die Grenzen der Plattform (Rate Limits, Function-Constraints, Checkout Extensibility) und findest Lösungen, die damit umgehen statt dagegen zu arbeiten. * Du bringst Fullstack-Erfahrung mit: Frontend (React, Liquid, Theme-Architektur) genauso wie Backend, APIs und Datenmodellierung - und entscheidest pragmatisch, was wohin gehört. Measurement & Performance * Stelle sicher, dass Tests sauber messbar sind - Event- und Goal-Setup, Datenübergabe an GA4 / BigQuery sowie QA über alle relevanten Browser, Geräte und Märkte. * Halte Performance und Stabilität im Blick: Vermeide Flicker und Layout Shifts (CLS), achte auf Ladezeiten und dokumentiere deinen Code nachvollziehbar für das Team. Tools & Zusammenarbeit * Nutze KI-Tools gezielt und effizient in deinem Workflow - für Code-Generierung, Review, Debugging und Dokumentation - und entwickle unsere internen Standards dafür mit. * Arbeite in agilen Prozessen mit Git, Pull Requests und Code-Reviews und begleite Deployments über CI/CD (z.
