This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field who is interested in gaining practical experience in digital transformation, AI, and IT operations., * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in: * Computer Science * Information Technology * Business Informatics * Data Science * Engineering or related discipline Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and business processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment. Preferred Qualifications * Initial experience with AI/Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, or similar technologies. * Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, or Tableau. * Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and project collaboration tools. * Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). * Exposure to automation technologies and data visualization concepts. Desired Skills * Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline. * Data-driven mindset with an interest in analytics. * Curiosity for AI and emerging technologies. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. ## Description The successful candidate will help improve documentation quality, analyze data to support decision-making, contribute to AI-related initiatives, and assist project managers in coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders., Documentation & Knowledge Management * Create, maintain, and improve IT process documentation, work instructions, and technical guides. * Support the development of knowledge bases, SharePoint sites, and project documentation repositories. * Ensure documentation is accurate, structured, and aligned with organizational standards. * Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and management summaries. Data Analytics & Reporting * Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple IT systems and sources. * Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Excel. * Support KPI tracking and performance reporting. * Identify trends and provide insights to support business and IT decisions. AI & Digitalization Support * Assist with AI-related use cases, proof-of-concepts, and automation initiatives. * Support the evaluation and adoption of Generative AI tools and data-driven solutions. * Help prepare datasets and documentation for AI projects. * Research emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
