 * Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
 * Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
 * Kommunikationsstärke gepaart mit menschlichem Feingefühl
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Du übernimmst und begleitest den ganzen Zyklus von fachlicher Anforderung über die Entwicklung bis zum erfolgreichen Release
 * Du übernimmst das Requirement-Engineering mit Kunden, setzt das SW-Entwicklungsprojekt auf, übergibst es an den externen SW Entwicklungspartner und begleitest es. (Systemanforderungen > Systemvalidierung > Entwicklung > Release Management > Deployment)
 * Du sorgst dafür, dass regulatorische oder gesetzliche Vorgaben eingehalten bzw. umgesetzt werden, und dies im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmenszielen geschieht.
 * Arbeiten im agilen Umfeld (teilweise auch Wasserfall Methode)
 * Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen
 * Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung und Kontrolle von Entwicklungs-Budgets
 * Du bietest anderen Arbeitsbereichen fachliche Unterstützung nach individueller Abstimmung und Bedarf, insbesondere im Bereich Systembetrieb und Qualitätssicherung
 * Du hast Freude an regelmäßiger fachlicher Weiterbildung im Bereich ITIL, GAMP5, BSI-Grundschutz und der SW-Entwicklung
