 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Implementierung und dem Betrieb von OT-Architekturen sowie produktionsnahen Infrastrukturlösungen
 * Kenntnisse von Produktionssystemen und Technologien wie PLC, SCADA, MES sowie Kommunikationsprotokollen wie OPC UA und MQTT
 * Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Netzwerktechnologien, insbesondere VRRP, WLAN, NAC, 802.1X, HSRP, MPLS, BGP sowie TCP/IP (IPv4/IPv6)
 * Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft- und Linux-Serverumgebungen sowie Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware oder Hyper-V
 * Kenntnisse von OT-Sicherheitsprinzipien und Industriestandards, idealerweise im Umfeld von IEC 62443
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit zur erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
 * Analytische Denkweise, hohe Detailorientierung und eine strukturierte Herangehensweise an komplexe Problemstellungen
