## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im IT- oder Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder Delivery Lead in einem technischen bzw. softwaregetriebenen Umfeld
 * Fundiertes technisches Verständnis in Softwareentwicklung, Cloud-Infrastrukturen und modernen Architekturprinzipien
 * Fähigkeit fachliche Anforderungen gemeinsam mit den Entwicklungsteams in tragfähige technische Lösungen zu überführen
 * Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden sowie ausgeprägtes Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement
 * Erfahrung in mindestens einigen der folgenden Bereiche: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, IaC (z. B. Terraform), Observability/SRE
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen sowie projektbezogener Unterstützung im Live-Support
 * Kenntnisse im Fußball bzw. Profisport sowie eine Product-Owner-Zertifizierung sind von Vorteil

## Description

* Verantwortung für Produktvision, -strategie, Roadmap und Business Value des zugeordneten Produkts
 * Steuerung des Entwicklungsprozesses und Product Backlogs inklusive Priorisierung, User Stories und Release-Planung
 * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Lösungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams
 * Steuerung teamübergreifender Abhängigkeiten sowie enge Abstimmung mit Product, Engineering, Security, Operations und weiteren Stakeholdern
 * Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Cloud-Plattformen und DevOps-Prinzipien sowie Förderung von Automatisierung, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code und cloud-nativen Architekturen
 * Sicherstellung von Produktqualität, Wartbarkeit und Betriebsfähigkeit sowie Monitoring relevanter Delivery- und Qualitätskennzahlen
 * Unterstützung bei Kapazitäts- und Budgetplanung sowie bei der Priorisierung von Investitionen
 * Vertretung der Themen Cloud/DevOps gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
