## Description

* Betreuung, Wartung und Administration der IT-Infrastruktur an unseren Außenstandorten (Netzwerk, Clients, Server, Peripherie)
 + Unterstützung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender vor Ort sowie per Remote
 + Planung und Durchführung von IT-Rollouts, Updates und Systemumstellungen
 + Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Ansprechpartnern zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen IT-Umgebung
 + Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Störungsbehebungen (First-Level- und Second-Level-Support, je nach Bedarf)
 * Mitwirkung bei der Administration der zentralen Server- und Netzwerksysteme
 + Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Linux- und/oder Microsoft-Serverlandschaften, Virtualisierung, Backup- und Sicherheitssystemen
 + Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Systeme und Dokumentationen
 + Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur und Einführung neuer Technologien
