## About the Role

* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Praxis im IT-Security-Bereich.
 * Zertifizierung: Einschlägige Nachweise als ISB / CISO (z. B. ISO 27001 Lead Implementor/Auditor, BSI-IT-Grundschutz-Praktiker, CISM oder CISSP).
 * Erfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Auditierung von ISMS-Strukturen, idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld (KRITIS, Energie, Logistik, Produktion oder IT-Infrastruktur).
 * Methodenkompetenz: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Risikomanagement, Notfallplanung sowie Verständnis für die Schnittstelle zwischen klassischer IT und operativer Technik (OT).
 * Kommunikationsstärke: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch, Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit hoher Beratungs- und Lösungsorientierung.

 * Be an early applicant, * ISMS-Steuerung & Compliance: Verantwortung für den Betrieb, die Zertifizierung und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des ISMS nach ISO/IEC 27001 oder BSI IT-Grundschutz.
 * Regulatorik & KRITIS: Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben mit Fokus auf NIS-2, das IT-Sicherheitsgesetz (insb. im KRITIS- / Versorger- / Logistikumfeld) sowie die Sicherstellung audit-konformer Prozesse.
 * Risiko- & Notfallmanagement (BCM): Durchführung von Schutzbedarfs- und Risikoanalysen, Erstellung von Bedrohungsszenarien sowie Auf- und Ausbau des Business Continuity Managements (BCM) zur Sicherstellung der Betriebskontinuität.
 * Auditierung & Beratung: Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung interner und externer Sicherheitsaudits; Beratung der Geschäftsführung, IT-Leitung und operativen Einheiten in allen Fragen der Informations- und Cyber-Sicherheit.
 * Incident Management & Security Culture: Fachliche Steuerung bei der Bewältigung von Sicherheitsvorfällen (Incident Response) sowie Verankerung von Security-Awareness-Maßnahmen im gesamten Unternehmen
