* Strong experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions
 * Strong software engineering and architectural capability
 * Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or Azure
 * Comfortable building APIs, services and production pipelines
 * Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents and knowledge-based applications
 * Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure and production operations
 * Strong understanding of security, privacy and responsible AI
 * Able to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
 * Passionate about mentoring and developing engineering capability

This is an opportunity to join a technically ambitious team working across AI, cloud, engineering and data, with exposure to complex enterprise environments., * Build AI solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure

 * Develop reliable APIs, services and data/AI pipelines
 * Translate business challenges into practical AI opportunities
 * Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements and measurable outcomes
 * Implement monitoring, evaluation and optimisation of AI/ML solutions
 * Embed security, privacy, governance and responsible AI practices
 * Establish CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
 * Collaborate with engineering, data science, architecture and product teams
 * Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming and technical coaching
 * Develop reusable engineering patterns and contribute to wider AI capability
