* 10+ years in software engineering/architecture, with 3+ years as a Solution/Technical Architect on complex platforms.
 * Active SC Clearance
 * Proven experience in technology modernisation and legacy-to-cloud migration paths.
 * Core tech stack: .NET / .NET Core, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (Vue.js, React).
 * AWS Managed Services (RDS, SQS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, ECR) and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
 * Terraform (IaC) and Docker at scale.
 * Identity, authentication, and API Gateway platforms (e.g. WSO2, RADIUS).
 * Background in regulated, security-conscious, or public sector environments., * TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional).
 * AWS SageMaker or ML/analytics tooling.

## Description

* Technical Design Authority: Produce HLDs/LLDs, ADRs, and NFRs; govern design approvals via ARBs and CABs.
 * Modernisation Roadmap: Define migration paths to retire legacy tech (.NET WPF, Terraform tech debt, dual Vue.js/React footprint).
 * Cloud and Security: Design scalable patterns using AWS Well-Architected principles, Docker containerisation, and identity tools
 * Data Architecture: Oversee logical/physical data across PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch with a focus on data minimisation and security
