## Description

A cloud-first organisation is seeking an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of its digital environment, drive cybersecurity assurance, and lead supplier performance in a fully outsourced support model.
You'll be the strategic and operational lead for IT - managing vendors, overseeing the Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across systems, security, and service delivery.

IT Manager role

 * Lead and develop the IT team; set clear objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
 * Own the Salesforce platform - architecture, integrations, data quality, access control, and release management.
 * Manage MSP performance, SLAs, incident trends, and service risks.
 * Oversee supplier relationships, contract renewals, licensing, and cost optimisation.
 * Lead cybersecurity governance, including DSPT and Cyber Essentials PLUS.
 * Act as DPO & Information Security Officer.
 * Manage IT budgets, procurement, and strategic planning.
 * Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and digital improvement.
