## About the Role

* 3+ years' experience in software engineering or application development
 * Experience with AI-driven engineering tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Amazon Q/Kiro)
 * Experience with agentic AI workflows and steering techniques for reliable automation
 * Strong OOP skills (Java, Python or C#)
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Right to work in Northern Ireland (no sponsorship available)

Desirable

 * Familiarity with RAG architectures, embeddings and context management
 * Full-stack development experience (front end, back end, APIs, databases)
 * Experience with containerisation/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
 * Knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP
 * Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and QA processes
 * Awareness of security and compliance best practice

## Description

* Help shape how the organisation uses AI across the software delivery lifecycle
 * Take practical AI use cases from idea through to production
 * Support engineers and product teams as they adopt new ways of working
 * Create guidance, examples and reusable patterns that make AI easier to use well
 * Ensure alignment with architectural patterns, coding standards and performance
 * Coach and facilitate as much as you build
