Desirable * Prior compliance experience desirable, but not essential. ## Description Adelphi Group includes market research consultancies, real-world evidence, healthcare communications and other specialist businesses. For over 40 years, the Group has provided strategic services to global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, supporting the development, launch and marketing of pharmaceutical brands. Compliance is led centrally across the Adelphi Group of companies, with responsibility also embedded within each agency. The central Compliance function supports Adelphi Group agencies in meeting their legal, regulatory, contractual and internal governance obligations. The team works collaboratively across the business to provide practical guidance, maintain policies and procedures, support training and assurance activity, and promote a consistent compliance culture. Compliance within the global healthcare sector is increasingly complex and fast-changing. The central team monitors relevant developments in data protection, market research, healthcare regulation and industry standards, and helps the business translate these requirements into clear and proportionate working practices. The Compliance Executive will be part of the Adelphi Compliance function and will support compliance activities across the Group's agencies. The role's main objective is to help ensure that the business complies with relevant legislation, regulatory and industry requirements, client commitments, and internal policies and procedures. About the role We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our Compliance team. The role will provide administrative and operational support across Adelphi, working with colleagues in different agencies and functions to help deliver the Group's compliance programme. What you will do.
