The role focuses on understanding customer requirements and bringing Syndigo solutions to life through tailored, value-focused demonstrations, compelling storytelling, and technical discussions. The Lead Solutions Engineer brings strong product and technical knowledge across Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), Product Experience Management (PXM), Syndication, data governance, enterprise integration, and digital commerce. The role leads product demonstrations, technical workshops, and solution discussions, using storytelling to connect Syndigo's capabilities to customer challenges, business value, and desired outcomes. Success in this role requires strong presentation and storytelling skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate customer requirements into relevant demonstrations and use cases. Experience across Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and Wholesale Distribution is important for understanding customer challenges and tailoring demonstrations to their business needs. The Lead Solutions Engineer works closely with Sales, Solutions Consultants, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Partners. As a subject matter expert, the role leads complex, high-impact opportunities with broad discretion, applying deep product and technical expertise to address customer requirements and drive successful sales outcomes.
