## Description

ensuring the smooth running of the school's IT systems and infrastructure. You will provide technical support to staff and students, maintain hardware and software, and help ensure technology is available and functioning effectively across the school. Responsibilities * Providing first-line and second-line IT support to staff and students * Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues * Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting desktops, laptops and other devices * Supporting classroom technology including interactive displays and audiovisual equipment * Managing user accounts, passwords and permissions * Assisting with network maintenance and system updates * Installing and configuring software applications * Maintaining asset registers and IT equipment inventories * Supporting the implementation of new technologies across the school The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience in an IT support or IT Technician role * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
