You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple service streams while maintaining accurate records and clear processes. You'll ideally have experience within telecoms, connectivity, managed services or a similar technical environment, together with experience managing supplier relationships, service contracts or recurring services. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with CRM or comparable business platforms are important, as is the ability to monitor costs, billing and service margins. Experience with cellular or satellite communication services, recurring revenue service models or structured service management methodologies such as ITIL would be advantageous. Most importantly, you're proactive, self-motivated and confident coordinating with multiple stakeholders. You'll work closely with our Technical Engineers, Sales and Finance teams, as well as external suppliers and network operators, so strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential. ## Description Excelerate Technology is a leader in complex communication solutions, delivering critical connectivity and technology services to customers around the world. We are looking for a Network Services Manager to take responsibility for the operational management, administration and commercial oversight of our network and platform-based services. The Challenge: This is a varied role at the heart of our Technical team. You will be responsible for ensuring our customer and internal services are effectively managed, accurately documented and commercially controlled. From cellular connectivity and satellite communications to video streaming and secure file-sharing platforms, you'll coordinate multiple service streams while working closely with our Technical, Sales and Finance teams and external service providers.
