Security Clearance Requirements: * Active Secret Clearance ## Description CompTech Computer Technologies is seeking an experienced Video Telecommunications Specialist - Level II to provide Audio/Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This position is responsible for supporting video conferencing and conference room technologies, performing video capture and streaming activities, troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment, coordinating conference sessions, and providing technical guidance and training to end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting enterprise VTC, audiovisual, and conference room environments, with the technical troubleshooting and customer-service skills necessary to ensure equipment and services operate at optimal performance and capacity.
