This role owns the systems that make that velocity safe: the AI tooling, observability, alerting, and performance discipline that tell us - with evidence, automatically - that the site is fast and correct after every ship. This is a hands-on architect role with a clear foundation to build on. The center of gravity is agentic tooling - building the AI-driven review, QA, verification, and release machinery the web team leans on daily. The rest is the observability, alerting, and performance foundation that machinery stands on.
