This role is instrumental in supporting our expansion in our hyper growth phase. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling our integrations powering our product. You'll work alongside our engineers, implementation specialists, support, and product managers to build real-time and batch data integrations with our partners and clients. What You'll Do * Scale up our business by designing, building, and supporting our integrations and infrastructure * Build robust healthcare integrations without compromising security, privacy, or quality. These integrations will leverage technology standards using REST-like APIs, healthcare standards such as FHIR, and other third-party APIs. * Collaborate closely with our health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations. Be comfortable engaging with external partners and stakeholders. * Enhance existing systems to add new functionality, and to improve performance, stability, quality, and security * Advocate for high standards; make quality-of-life improvements to the codebase; add documentation and share knowledge; and help limit the growth of technical debt * Build deep user empathy and maintain a user-centric mindset * Communicate regularly and effectively within and on behalf of our cross-functional product delivery teams.
