## Description

As an IT Operations Specialist II, you will play a vital role in monitoring and operating server computer systems. You will be responsible for managing batch processing to ensure quality output to customers and users. Become a part of our dynamic team that is dedicated to helping one another.

Hours are: Saturdays from 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. and Sundays from 7:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

 * Operate, monitor, and control mainframe, midrange, and server computer systems, including all related printing equipment.
 * Responsible for operating and maintaining computer equipment, loading peripheral equipment (printers) with selected materials (paper/special forms & electronic media), and reporting any problems that arise to the shift supervisor.
 * Possess a working knowledge of systems that process on the shift, balancing of processed output, and distribution of printed reports.
 * Monitor mainframe and midrange systems and servers via remote terminal(s).
 * Attain a working understanding of console commands, operating system(s), 3rd party software, and Microsoft Office Products.
