You also have: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline. * Approximately 10 years of experience in test engineering, test method development, or product verification/validation within a product development industry. * Strong experience developing and executing test methods for electromechanical, mechanical, or consumer/industrial products. * Demonstrated knowledge of design verification, validation, reliability testing, and engineering test practices. * Experience with statistical analysis, data interpretation, and experimental design. * Proven ability to troubleshoot test systems, investigate failures, and drive corrective actions. * Strong technical writing and documentation skills. * Experience working in cross-functional product development teams. * Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills., * Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. * Experience with test automation, data acquisition systems, and instrumentation. * Experience with HiL testing * Familiarity with industry standards and compliance testing requirements relevant to the product domain. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Test Engineer to lead the development, validation, and continuous improvement of test methods, tools and processes that support product development, verification, and qualification activities. This role is responsible for designing robust, repeatable, and efficient test methodologies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with engineering, quality, regulatory, and business requirements., You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
