Critical Qualification Candidates must have personally developed and written Federal proposal deliverables. This role is intended for professionals who have personally authored and led written proposal responses. The ideal candidate will combine handson experience developing missionfocused technical solutions with demonstrated experience producing Federal proposal deliverables such as RFP/RFI responses, white papers, technical volumes, and solution narratives. Note: This is not a hands-on software engineering or postaward delivery role., Proposal Development & Technical Writing (Primary Focus) * Write, lead, and develop technical content for Federal and DoD proposal responses. * Produce RFP/RFI responses, technical volumes, white papers, solution narratives, CONOPS, and other capture deliverables. * Translate customer requirements into compliant, compelling, and differentiated technical solutions. * Lead technical solution development from early capture through submission. * Participate in Pink/Red Team reviews and incorporate feedback. Solutioning & Capture Support * Develop AI, data, cloud, and emerging technology solutions aligned with Federal mission needs. * Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, Proposal teams, SMEs, and leadership. * Support customer discussions, solutioning sessions, Industry Days, and oral presentations., * Happy - Be Infectious.
