Nice to have, but not required: * You have experience working in HR tech, group benefits, health insurance, or a related B2B SaaS domain. * You have prior experience managing data integrations during peak Open Enrollment periods. ## Description Noyo is rapidly expanding its carrier network by extending its platform to easily integrate any carrier that can support the EDI 834 standard. Noyo provides a modern API-driven experience for its customers to connect with nearly any insurance carrier. The Operations Team is responsible for building out the architecture and applications to support this momentum., We are hiring a Contract EDI Analyst for our Operations team to support our carrier network expansion during Open Enrollment, the busiest time of year for our customers. This is a high-impact, temporary contract position with potential for conversion into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining carrier connections, collaborating cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, and advocating for improvements that increase operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
