## About the Role

* 7+ years leading enterprise-scale CRM, FSC, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Customer 360 data programs.
 * Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data architecture and data model.
 * Experience leading complex migrations from platforms such as Custom Applications, CRM, Wealth Management, Insurance Administration, Client Management, and Advisor platforms.
 * Strong understanding of Customer, Household, Relationship, Financial Account, Holdings, Insurance Policy, Activity, and Interaction data domains.
 * Experience defining migration strategies involving multiple source systems, APIs, batch feeds, and enterprise integration platforms.
 * Proven experience establishing migration volumetrics, reconciliation frameworks, data governance models, and enterprise data operating models.
 * Ability to engage effectively with business executives, operations teams, data owners, architects, and engineering teams to drive critical data decisions, * Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data.
 * Solid experience in salesforce apex development for creating triggers, classes, and batch processes.
 * Strong knowledge of salesforce lightning framework for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
 * Familiarity with salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 * Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams effectively.
 * Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are preferred
