The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce application development, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support, preferably within the HR Technology/HR domain. Candidates should have experience working in Tier-1 organizations and be comfortable taking technical ownership of Salesforce applications in a production environment., * 10+ years of Salesforce development experience. * Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce application production support. * Strong experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and integrations. * Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Process Automation. * Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules. * Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in enterprise/Tier-1 organizations. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior/mid-level Salesforce developers. Preferred / Domain Experience * Experience working in HR Technology / HR domain is strongly preferred. * Experience with SAS is preferred. * Experience integrating Salesforce with HR, employee, workforce, or enterprise applications is a plus. * Experience supporting large-scale, business-critical Salesforce environments. * Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.
