## About the Role

* 15+ years of software engineering experience.
 * 4-5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
 * Strong hands-on experience designing and developing AWS and Kubernetes/EKS-based microservices architectures.
 * Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
 * Experience with cloud-native development, API management, CI/CD, and distributed systems.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of scalable microservices-based applications.
 * Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA teams.
 * Design and build microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
 * Architect and manage containerized workloads on AWS EKS, including deployments, services, ingress, and namespaces.
 * Develop and deploy Apigee proxies to support microservices and API integrations.
 * Conduct technical design and code reviews while enforcing engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
 * Support CI/CD automation and cloud-native application deployments.
