Experience:

 * Hands-on SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing implementation and/or support experience.
 * Experience working with Energy & Utilities clients and complex billing environments.
 * Proven experience translating business requirements into SAP IS-U solutions.
 * Experience supporting end-to-end testing and resolving functional issues.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
 * Equivalent combination of education and relevant SAP IS-U experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Analyze and document existing business processes related to SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing, including As-Is analysis.
 * Gather business requirements and develop Business Blueprint documentation for business approval.
 * Perform client-specific SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing configuration.
 * Design and configure billing master data, including Rate Categories, Schemas, Rates, Prices, and Variant Programs.
 * Support billing and invoicing processes across multiple customer categories.
 * Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
 * Collaborate with business and technical teams on requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
