This role blends HR expertise with advanced technical capability to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly HR technology solutions. As a key member of the HR team, this individual will own the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems, driving continuous improvement, system innovation, and business alignment across Talent Acquisition, Core HR, and Talent Management functions, The HRIS Manager is responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and support of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role serves as the primary liaison between Human Resources, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and other business stakeholders to ensure HR technology solutions effectively support business objectives, enhance employee experiences, maintain data integrity, and drive operational efficiency., The HRIS Manager will oversee system administration, reporting and analytics, process improvements, system integrations, testing, compliance, and ongoing HR technology initiatives.
