This role is part of the Presidio Managed Services ServiceNow team and is responsible for developing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to support service delivery, engineering operations, and customer-facing teams. The platform is designed as a domain separated instance supporting many managed services customers within the environment. The role translates business and operational requirements into reliable technical solutions. The role supports platform enhancements, ITOM capabilities, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, portals, and custom applications that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
