## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience
 * OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience OR Five years of related experience
 * OR One year of experience at the lower-level Systems Administrator 1 or position equivalent.

## Description

* Create / maintain / distribute workstation images
 * Create / maintain / distribute virtual images
 * Monitor and manage distribution points
 * Manage workstation and server endpoints
 * Tier II/III system administration requests
 * Utilize change management processes (i.e. project testing, impact analysis, communication, back out strategies.)
 * Participate and/or support other teams during implementation projects
 * Support a variety of workstation hardware models (desktops, laptops, & tablets).
 * Configure, install, and troubleshoot issues.
 * Provide Tier II/III level support for field technicians as it relates to imaging, application installation and basic hardware /software troubleshooting
