## About the Role

* 10+ years of SAP project management experience.
 * Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
 * Strong experience managing global onsite and offshore delivery teams.
 * Experience with SAP Activate or similar implementation methodologies.
 * Working knowledge of core SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP and Travel
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
 * Experience managing project budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, and resource planning.

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be based in the US and have a strong background managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects with distributed onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
 * Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
 * Own project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators, and SAP functional teams.
 * Drive issue resolution, dependency management, and executive status reporting.
 * Coordinate functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
 * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
 * Lead steering committee meetings and manage project communications.
