 * Change- und Adoption-Kompetenz: Du hast Organisationen durch Veränderung geführt, nicht nur Konzepte für sie geschrieben - von Stakeholder-Alignment bis Enablement auf allen Ebenen.
 * KI-Expertise: KI-Transformation ist Kern deiner Projektarbeit, und du willst dich darauf weiter spezialisieren und entwickeln.
 * Prozessautomatisierung: Du hast operative Prozesse schon einmal mit KI neu gedacht - von der Analyse bestehender Workflows über die Konzeption KI-gestützter Automatisierung (z. B. Agenten, intelligente Workflows) bis zur messbaren Effizienzsteigerung beim Kunden.
 * Technische Glaubwürdigkeit: Du musst keine Modelle bauen, das übernimmt unser Team. Aber du hast nah genug an der Technologie gearbeitet, um Machbarkeit selbst einzuschätzen und mit Engineers auf Augenhöhe zu sprechen. Ein technischer Studienhintergrund, etwa Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder Engineering, ist ein starkes Plus.
 * Marktpräsenz als Plus: Verbandsrollen, ein Netzwerk oder fachlich substanzielle Sichtbarkeit freuen uns.
 * Sprachen: Fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
