## About the Role

* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
 * Experience working within the SAP ecosystem (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba).
 * Working knowledge of the ServiceNow/Jira platforms.
 * Experience working within an Agile environment.
 * Excellent command of English (C1 minimum).

## Description

* Maintaining stable operations within the SAP ecosystem for global business partner management solutions
 * Supervising, organizing, and addressing requests, incidents, and problem tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing platforms in line with ITSM practices
 * Evaluating and prioritizing demands according to ITIL standards
 * Detecting risks that could impact the operational stability of business partner processes and applications, and implementing mitigation strategies as per ITSM guidelines
 * Collaborating with the product owner and team to improve product and data quality, ensuring alignment with ITIL continual service improvement processes
 * Liaising with stakeholders to assess and document their requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with ITSM frameworks
