## About the Role

You'll be working in our Applications Team with team mates that "know their stuff". Colleagues who are there when you need them and not afraid to ask when you can help them. We don't have dedicated architects or tech leads because frankly-if you're a true senior-you should be capable of creating a great first draft yourself … and smart enough to involve others to make it even better., * Experience in long-term product development

 * Strong coding skills in React, Typescript, and NodeJS (or similar techs)
 * Intermediate-level skills in databases & GraphQL
 * Experience with automated testing tools like Cypress & Jest
 * Ability to lead projects or major feature increments
 * Capable of constructive discussions with experienced colleagues to achieve elegant, simple solutions

What You Will Find Helpful

 * Previous experience with Hasura (GraphQL middleware)
 * Good understanding of CSS (the box model, flex box, styling, …)
 * Strong background in event sourcing for complex workflows
 * DevOps/Cloud expertise to boost internal productivity
 * Experience integrating AI systems (e.g., chat, recommendations)
