## Description

* In deiner Position unterstützt du im 1st und 2nd Level Support. Du hilfst Kunden bei PC oder Server-Problemen, unterstützt bei der MS365- oder Backup-Verwaltung oder bist für das ausführen und überwachen unserer Managed Services verantwortlich.
 * Du arbeitest sehr selbstständig an Tickets, hast aber immer Unterstützung aus dem Team.
