## About the Role

* 8+ years of Android development experience, with strong architectural decision-making skills across Kotlin Coroutines/Flow, Jetpack Compose, Jetpack libraries (Room, Lifecycle, ViewModel), Retrofit, and Koin.
 * Solid computer science fundamentals - data structures, algorithms, and design patterns applied in real-world production contexts.
 * Quality-driven development mindset, including TDD/BDD practices, mobile testing (JUnit, Espresso), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins).
 * Full SDLC ownership - from requirements and architecture through code reviews, testing, and deployment.
 * Agentic AI coding proficiency - goes beyond AI-assisted writing to shape team-wide workflows, curate context, and optimize for token efficiency.
 * Experience with ARCore, game engines, or 3D rendering frameworks is a strong differentiator.

## Description

* You will progressively take co-ownership of our entire Android codebase, toolchain, and development process.
 * You will collaborate closely with design, product management, and of course your fellow engineers across Android/iOS inside the Mobile Team and on demand with other engineering teams in the IVION department.
 * You will drive architectural decisions for the Android codebase and set the bar for code quality through knowledge sharing and code reviews.
