Dive into real-world projects from day one, addressing dynamic challenges and contributing to the company's growth. * Onboarding & Training (Months 1-2): Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned industry leaders. Learn global commercial strategies, key operational processes, and build your essential business development toolkit. * Project Immersion (Months 3-4): Work closely with department directors and regional leaders to identify bottlenecks and take ownership of high-impact projects. Collaborate on strategic initiatives and present directly to the C-Suite. * Leadership Excellence & Impact (Months 5-6): Lead impactful projects, formulate and present strategies for new and existing clients, and manage client relationships. Represent the company at european events and drive the company's success., Mentorship and Development: Benefit from one-on-one mentorship and personalized coaching. You will have a senior leader directly assigned as your mentor to guide you throughout the program. Practical Experience: Get involved in real projects from day one, collaborating with teams across the company on initiatives that actually matter.
