Turn value stories into visitor journeys that generate leads You work closely with product marketing and content to understand our buyer personas and what matters to them: from hand's on simulation engineers up to CEOs. Then you translate those value stories into visual narratives and map the journeys that guide each audience from first touch to demo request. Landing pages, campaign visuals, infographics, interactive content: you design the full path, not just individual assets. You think in funnels, iterate based on data (heatmaps, analytics, A/B tests), and measure what actually converts. Own the website You're the primary owner of the Synera website's design. New pages, redesigns, layout optimizations and design system: It runs through you. For larger implementations we work with a dedicated Webflow developer, but you should be comfortable making changes yourself updating content, spinning up landing pages from existing patterns, or tweaking layouts. You maintain and extend the website design system to keep things consistent as the site grows. Scale output through AI workflows This isn't about prompting DALL·E once in a while. You build repeatable, automated design workflows using tools like n8n, Claude, Nano Banana or whatever gets the job done, to scale asset production, templatize recurring formats, and free up time for the work that actually requires a human eye. You document these workflows so the team can use them too. Create assets across every marketing channel Social posts, email headers, event collateral, trade show materials, one-pagers, whitepapers, ads: if you're not on the website you help design and produce assets for campaigns across web, social, email, and print. In our small team, every hand counts. Collaborate within the design team As one of three designers in marketing, you work closely with Synera's brand/graphic designer and motion designer. You coordinate on brand evolution, design system, and shared asset libraries. Clear lanes, tight collaboration: you own web + social, the brand designer owns brand + asset production, the motion designer owns animation + video. In the first 6 months: * You own the website end-to-end and have shipped visitor journeys for at least 2 target personas with measurable lead generation impact. * Your AI workflows are documented and integrated into the team's standard process. By 12 months: * Website visitor journeys are data-driven and continuously optimized. * You've demonstrably scaled the team's design output through AI automation and templatization. * You independently manage web and social design for full campaigns, end-to-end., Even if you don't meet these criteria perfectly but believe you have lots to bring to the role, we encourage you to apply. We know it's tough, but please keep in mind that you don't have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role. ## Related Videos - [Coffee with Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/354-coffee-with-developers) - [Boost Productivity with AI: Figma & Playwright MCP Workflows - Aris Markogiannakis](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1768-boost-productivity-with-ai-figma-playwright-mcp-workflows-aris-markogiannakis) - [The Resilience of the World Wide Web](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1281-the-resilience-of-the-world-wide-web) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE – AI, Freelancing, Keeping Up with Tech and More](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1786-wearedevelopers-live-ai-freelancing-keeping-up-with-tech-and-more) - [Kill Your WordPress.
